Ever wondered how it all works? Here's a detailed description of just how you go from an amused audience member to a karaoke star.

At The Pack Ratz karaoke events, you'll spot numerous white catalogs scattered throughout the joint, making their way around the tables. Grab one when you arrive and look through our extensive song collection for your favorite tune. You can also check out our online song list and fill out our online song request slips. You can print out the online request slip and bring it with you or fill one out at the event.

Hand your song request slip to one of the hosts. The host will give your request to the gal running the karaoke machine, and when it's your turn, the host will call your name and hand you the microphone.

You can get your friends to join you, and some of our songs are great duets for you and your significant other.

You'll see a TV screen in front of you with all the words to your song, so you'll never forget the words. The words light up when it's time to sing them, so you'll know just when to belt it out. For duets, the different parts light up in different colors (usually blue for the guys, pink for the ladies, and yellow for both).

Remember, it's all about FUN. Karaoke is about REAL PEOPLE and REAL VOICES, so let loose and show us your true colors.
